Refund Policy

Last updated: 2026-06-03

1. General position

For purchases processed by a Merchant of Record, that provider's refund policy and buyer terms apply and control the refund decision, and nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights or any rights granted by that provider. Baby Whispers is the digital content supplier; the checkout provider / Merchant of Record shown at purchase and on your receipt is the seller of record and decides refunds in line with its own refund policy, this policy, and applicable consumer law. Unless required by applicable law or granted by the Merchant of Record, transactions for immediately accessible digital content are generally non-refundable, except where (a) required by applicable consumer law, (b) granted under the discretionary window below, or (c) a material technical defect prevents access.

2. Statutory rights (vary by region)

Where the law gives you a cooling-off or withdrawal right, that right applies — for example 14 days in the EU, EEA, Switzerland, the UK, Turkey, and Israel; 7 days in South Korea, Brazil, China, and Canada; and 5 days in Singapore, consistent with the Merchant of Record's published refund policy. Because this is digital content delivered immediately, by starting to access it you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your withdrawal right ends once access begins, to the extent permitted by law. For subscriptions, statutory withdrawal rights generally apply to the first payment where applicable and generally not to later renewal payments, unless local law provides otherwise — for example the UK annual auto-renewal rule in section 4. If a free trial is offered in the future, the applicable withdrawal period runs from the end of that trial. If your local law grants additional or non-waivable rights, the highest level of rights always applies.

3. Discretionary refunds

Even outside a statutory window, a refund may be granted at the Merchant of Record's discretion if requested within 14 days of the transaction, considering the nature of the product, the reason for the request, and usage. Refunds are not issued where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your member portal or the billing link in your receipt to stop future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. For UK annual subscriptions, a new 14-day withdrawal period starts on each auto-renewal.

5. How to request, and processing

To request a refund for a Merchant-of-Record transaction, use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your receipt, the billing page in your account, or the Merchant of Record's buyer support site — the Merchant of Record makes the decision. For a technical defect, please also contact Baby Whispers support at support@babywhisper.live with your order ID first, so we can try to resolve the issue or provide information to the Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method where possible, within 14 days of approval, and access to the product ends when the refund is issued. Starting a chargeback may temporarily suspend access while the dispute is reviewed.

6. Operator

Baby Whispers (個人事業主 / Sole Proprietor) is the digital content supplier. For transactions processed by a Merchant of Record, that provider — not Baby Whispers — is the seller / merchant of record shown at checkout and on your receipt. Contact: support@babywhisper.live.
