Payment & delivery

Card payment is processed by the checkout provider / Merchant of Record shown at checkout and on the receipt. Access is provisioned immediately after successful payment.

Returns & cancellation

Because the content is digital, once access to the member portal has been provisioned, returns/refunds are generally not available — except where required by applicable consumer law, under the Merchant of Record's refund policy, or for a material technical defect that prevents access. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and access continues until then.
