Cancellation Policy

1. How to cancel

Sign in to app.babywhisper.live → Portal → Subscription → Cancel. Cancellation is immediate; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

2. What cancellation does

Stops all future auto-renewal charges. Does not delete your account or download history (separate deletion request available via the Privacy Policy contact).

3. Resubscribing

You can resubscribe at any time from the same email address. Trial credit is not re-granted.

4. Support fallback

If the in-app cancel button is unreachable, email support@babywhisper.live with your order ID. We will cancel manually within one business day.
